1- Never reveal anything told to you in confidence by one employee. To do so destroys trust, is disrespectful of that trust and ruins your ability to mentor and coach your staff, BusinessNewsDaily reported.

2- Self-praise.
Telling employees how smart you are needs to stop. Employees view bosses who exhibit this behavior as arrogant and condescending. It undermines motivation, engagement and productivity.
 
3- Disagreements with your superior.
A leader should never tell employees about any disagreements or personal issues among the management team. To undermine one’s teammates or your leader is political suicide. Once the management team agrees in a certain direction, then everyone on the management team must be united in moving the vision forward.

4- Do what I say because I’m in charge.
This is taking advantage of your title and level in the company. You can’t get your employees to do what you want just because of your title.

5- Your personal ups and downs.
To be an effective leader, you need to be able to put aside your moods, your doubts and the morning’s argument with your spouse in order to focus yourself and your team on reaching the company’s goals.

Valentine's Day falls on the feast day of two different Christian martyrs named Valentine. The customs of Valentine's Day has nothing to do with the lives of the saints. It is believed that the customs come from an ancient Roman festival called Lupercalia which took place every February 15. The festival honored Juno, the Roman goddess of women and marriage - and Pan, the god of nature.

Valentine's day is a great day to celebrate our friends. School children decorate their classrooms with bright red paper hearts. They exchange gifts, candy, flowers or "valentines."

Israel MKO Teaming Up to Kill Nuclear Scientists

mossad Deadly attacks on Iranian nuclear scientists are being carried out by an Iranian terrorist group that is financed, trained and armed by Israel’s secret service, US officials tell NBC News, confirming charges leveled by Iran’s leaders.
The group, the Mujahedin Khalq Organization (MKO), has long been designated as a terrorist group by the United States, accused of killing American servicemen and contractors in the 1970s before breaking with the Iranian government in 1980.
The attacks, which have killed five Iranian nuclear scientists since 2007 and may have destroyed a missile research and development site, have been carried out in dramatic fashion, with motorcycle-borne assailants often attaching small magnetic bombs to the exterior of the victims’ cars.
US officials, speaking on condition of anonymity, claimed the Obama administration is aware of the assassination campaign but has no direct involvement.
The Iranians have no doubt who is responsible--Israel and the MKO.
“The relation is very intricate and close,” said Mohammad Javad Larijani, a senior aide to Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the Leader of Islamic Revolution, speaking of the MKO and Israel. “They (Israelis) are paying … the Mujahedin. Some of their (MKO) agents … (are) providing Israel with information. And they recruit and also manage logistical support.”

Moreover, he said, the Mossad, the Israeli secret service, is training MKO members in Israel on the use of motorcycles and small bombs. In one case, he said, Mossad agents built a replica of the home of an Iranian nuclear scientist so that the assassins could familiarize themselves with the layout prior to the attack.
Much of what the Iranian government knows of the attacks and the links between Israel and MKO comes from interrogation of an assassin who failed to carry out an attack in late 2010 and the materials found on him, Larijani said.

Iran to announce nuclear progress: Ahmadinejad

"I am saying openly that if you (the West) continue to use the language of force and threat, our nation will never succumb to your pressure," Ahmadinejad said.

TEHRAN (Reuters) - Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Saturday that the Islamic Republic, targeted by tougher Western sanctions, would soon announce advances in its nuclear program.

He was speaking on the 33rd anniversary of the Islamic revolution that toppled the U.S.-backed Shah. Tens of thousands of Iranians joined state-organized rallies to mark the occasion.

"In the coming days the world will witness Iran's announcement of its very important and very major nuclear achievements," Ahmadinejad told a crowd at Tehran's Azadi (Freedom) Square in a speech relayed live on state television.

Demonstrators carrying Iranian flags and pictures of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei chanted "Death to Israel" and "Death to America." Ismail Haniya, who heads the Islamist Hamas administration in the Gaza Strip, also attended the ceremony.

Ahmadinejad gave no details of how Iran's nuclear work, which Tehran says has only peaceful purposes, has progressed.

داستان: یک نشنیدن ساده!

دختری جوان همراه برادرش نزد حکیمی آمد و از او در مورد مشکلش راهنمایی خواست. دختر جوان گفت: "مدتی قبل پسر خاله‌ام به خواستگاری‌ام آمد و با توجه به رابطه فامیلی قرار بر این شد که با هم ازدواج کنیم. اما چند روز مانده به ازدواج پسر خاله‌ام شروع به بهانه‌گیری کرد و نشان داد که به شدت نسبت به من و خانواده‌ام بدبین است و در نهایت از ازدواج سر باز زد و با بدنامی مرا پس زد و دیگر سراغم را نگرفت."

الآن نزدیک یک ماه است که از آن روز می‌گذرد و من کم‌کم با این ماجرا کنار آمده‌ام. اما مشکل این جاست که او هر از چند گاهی پشت سر من و خانواده‌ام بدگویی می‌کند و ما را تحقیر کرده و بعد پی کار خود می‌رود و من و خانواده‌ام چند روز به خاطر کنایه و حرف‌های او دچار ناراحتی و عذاب روحی می‌شویم. به من و خانواده‌ام بگویید چه کنم؟"

حکیم لبخندی زد و گفت: "خیلی ساده به حرف‌هایش توجهی نکنید و به زندگی خود برسید!"

دختر جوان با ناراحتی گفت: "این غیرممکن است! گوشه و کنایه‌های او بسیار عذاب‌آور است و او از اینکه مرا ترک کرده احساس قدرت می‌کند!"
